Kids Are First Fundraiser Delivery

fundraiserThank you for supporting our recent fundraising project.  The funds we earn are used to support the many programs our PTA sponsors.  With your help, we were able to raise approximately $20,000.

Your product will be delivered on Thursday November 20th and ready for pick up in the multipurpose room at 2:00.  If you or your child is unable to pick up your items, please make arrangements to have someone else pick them up for you.  We will not be able to hold items over the Thanksgiving break.

It is important that you check your order IMMEDIATELY.  If adjustments need to be made, you must call the telephone number on your packing slip to report any problems or you may send an e-mail to the address on your packing slip.  Be sure to include our school name, the student name, the teacher name and the problem.  Problems must be reported WITHIN 3 DAYS.  It is imperative that corrections be reported immediately.  Corrections will be shipped to the school and delivered to your student in the classroom.

Again, thank you so much for participating.  We couldn’t do it without you!
